Court Ruling Sets Chiropodist Examiners
Atty. Gen. T. S. Lawson ruled that chiropodist examiners under a 1939 act must be appointed from members of the Alabama Association of Chiropodists, organized in Jefferson county on August 18. The opinion was issued at the request of Dr. J. N. Baker, state health officer and secretary of the State Board of Medical Examiners, which must appoint examiners for licensing foot care practitioners.
