In Tuscaloosa Alabama on December 23 Annjell Moody a Black woman was detained as a material witness in the fatal shooting of 71 year old Sam Howard a night watchman. Dogs traced the trail to her home she denied involvement. Howard was shot in the hip and died.

Fire Chief Hurt During Morning House Fire
