The ordinance grants the Decatur Light Power and Fuel Company a ten year franchise to lay and operate a switch track in the alley between First and Second Avenues in New Decatur Alabama It requires supervision by the Street Committee and sets a 25 cent per car charge for use of the dump pit and coal dumping rights The measure includes provisions on track construction closure of the coal pit and prohibition of cars blocking adjacent properties The ordinance approved December 9 1913 and published later in 1908 mortgage and sale notices are cited
