A Saturday night crash near Shef field in Colbert county killed three people from Lawrence and Colbert counties. Three Injured In Bee Line Highway Collision
Bailey was in Benevolent Society hospital today with a broken nose after a collision on Bee Line highway near the county school bus barn at 9 o'clock Sunday night. A. B. Johnson and Win ton McClarney were in the other car. Johnson had facial cuts and was discharged, McClarney had a bruised leg. State patrolmen Daniels and Gauntt investigated noting Bailey and Johnson were southbound and McClarney northbound. The Johnson vehicle attempted to turn into a side road when the crash occurred.
