Bomb buying laid to attorney in New York incident
New York detectives accuse Boston lawyer Eugene S. Daniels Jr of buying two tear gas bombs from a Boston sporting goods store. They say he intended to use them at Camp Devens and that the bombs were sold on the representation they were for military or police use. Daniels faces a malicious mischief charge and arraignment was slated for Tuesday.
