Richard W. Walker, prominent Huntsville jurist and former presiding judge of the Alabama Court of Appeals, died at home aged 79 from a heart ailment. San Francisco April 10. Dr Tilton F E Tillman and Dr Samuel G Boyd charged with conspiracy to commit mayhem in the sterilization of Ann Cooper Hewitt. They were ordered to appear for arraignment before Superior Judge George J. Esiger. Mrs Maryone Cooper Hewitt, ill in New Jersey, is in abeyance pending recovery. Miss Hewitt, 21, heiress to the Peter Cooper Hewitt fortune, sues the two physicians and her mother for $500,000 alleging a conspiracy to deny her mother's power and boost her mother’s share.
