A week from 18 January marks 25 years since the Dauphin Presbyterian Church opened by Dr. Bryce of Manitoba College. An Old Timers’ Communion is planned for the 18 morning and a Memorial supper with a special program on Monday evening at Ramsay Wright Hall. All members over 15 invited. By law to curb street debris enforcement begins
By law 649 of the town of Dauphin enforces the ban on depositing ashes and refuse on streets or lanes and prohibits wood sawing on lanes. Ashes may be left on the property where produced and coal ashes may be used in spring to fill holes, but all other refuse must be hauled away. The new enforcement starts from this date.
