William Nagle obituary from Dauphin Canada notes life span
After a period of illness William Nagle died at his Sth Ave residence on December 4 19. He was born June 21 1851 in Bandon County Cork Ireland and spent 70 years there before moving to Canada in 1921 to join his children and retire. He lived in Dauphin where he won the Dauphin Horticultural Society prize for best garden two years running. Survived by his wife a daughter Mrs R D McDougall of Winnipeg and a son Geo A of Dauphin. Funeral at United Church on December 7 with Rev A W Lochhead and Canon Cousins officiating. Burial Riverside Cemetery. Pallbearers listed.

Robak Gets One Year for Theft from Farm Building
Mike Robak of Gilbert Pigins was sentenced by Magistrate Hawkins on Monday to one year in prison for theft damage. He was found guilty after evidence showed he removed lumber from an unoccupied farm building near his home and used it to enlarge his own house. About 200 dollars worth of lumber was stolen and total damage estimated at 540 dollars. C S A Rogers KC prosecuted for the crown, A Warnock appeared for the accused.

Game Warden A. BR. Bow en had four offenders imprisoned in Dauphin provincial gaol this week for unlawful possession of game. Frank Blackie of Birdtail faced 200 dollars or six months for shooting a female elk. Charles Melnyk, also of Birdtail, paid 100 dollars or three months for carrying Blackie’s rifles. Nick Yalowica of McCreary drew 160 dollars or three months for cow possession, while Moosnier of McCreary received five dollars or three years in default for selling the moose bone.
