Tragic Auto Fatality In Lebanon Involving Mayor
Naomi Juanita Shue a six year old girl was killed instantly Sunday morning in Lebanon when she stepped into the path of an automobile driven by Mayor Paul Tauer near the United Brethren church as she walked to Sunday school. The child daughter of Mr and Mrs J W Shue lived on West Green Street. Funeral services were held Wednesday at 10 and burial followed in Rossville cemetery.

Goodwin Convicted Of Fraudulent Check Charge
G. H. Goodwin was found guilty by a circuit court jury on passing a fraudulent check. He received a $500 fine and a sentence of one to five years in state prison. Judge West sentenced him Tuesday morning after his Culver Indiana arrest. Also jailed was John Million, a Indianapolis resident, who pleaded guilty to a similar charge.

Two Big Union Services Planned in Darlington
