A parade led by the Speakers automobile starts 1 30 with the James town Band Boy Scouts Old Soldiers Camp Fire Girls Red Cross and G A R members continuing to the Library for ceremonies by the band Rev Williams and Miss Heath followed by a Girl Drill Team and evening Boy Scout drill and band concert.
