Accused Bank Robber Ordered Back to State
Eugene T. Ricks, 28, of Southampton Virginia, was ordered returned to Virginia to face a bank robbery charge. FBI agents arrested him near Ivor, Virginia, as part of a case involving the Bank of Sussex and a group said to include three other men. The incident reportedly linked to a May hearing and a $11,000 recovery.
