CIA to Locate Mind Control Test Subjects in MK ULTRA Probe
CIA chief Stansfield Turner testified before Senate committees that the agency will seek to locate and notify individuals who unknowingly participated in mind control drug trials conducted under MK ULTRA more than a decade ago.
