Mortgage Foreclosure Involving Bridge Company Loan
The bridge company must pay 500000 plus 5 percent interest from June 30 1915 if it takes up the mortgage. Indianapolis Trust Company bought a 700000 bond issue on July 1 1965 secured by a mortgage. Two hundred thousand of the issue has been taken up leaving 500000 unpaid. Foreclosure suit was filed last fall.

Tarantulas Found in Bananas at South Sioux City Store
Bert Giles, a grocery store employee, discovered two tarantulas in a bunch of bananas. The incident is noted in the Sioux City Journal as a curious April 27 1896 item from South Sioux City.
