About 150 students from the state agricultural school at Lincoln toured four Omaha packing houses and stockyards. They split into groups to observe operations from livestock yards to meat by products and heard explanations from guides and instructors. Boys saw cattle hogs and sheep while the girls visited factories and stores to learn how farm products move to markets.
