A co partnership formed to run a full blacksmithing business announces lower rates to attract patrons. New horse shoes offered at 75 cents per pair with refitting at 35 cents per pair. Other work reduced accordingly. Shop located at East Street, Lindsey's old stand.
Keefer and Snake announce refitted shop in Miller's Block one door north of Kerr House Marion Ohio offering groceries flour mill feed and cigars. They advertise free citywide delivery and invite citizens to inspect goods while promising prices as cheap as the cheapest.
H T Van Fleet offers for sale extensive farm parcels and town property across Ohio and adjoining states. Listings include 154 acre James King Jr farm, 80 acre George Seidie farm, plus numerous railroad lands, hundreds of acres, and town lots with mills and other properties.
