Oscar Blankenship of Carlisle Kentucky was brought to Covington Kentucky jail from Texas charged with murder. He allegedly dug up his father’s grave and split the body to fake death to escape justice and collect life insurance. An inquest identified part of the remains as his father's and a company dug up the grave finding the other half. A detective traced him in Texas and he will be moved from Covington to Carlisle.
