Robles Leads Panama Presidential Vote Early Results

Official returns from more than half the precincts show Marcos A. Robles leading in Panama's presidential race with 88,447 votes against 73,191 for Arnulfo Arias. Counts cover 704 of 1,144 precincts in Panama Province where Arias had support, with about half of votes still to be tallied.
