I Miss Ann Worsham 17 Dies Suddenly at Hayward High

Ann Elizabeth Worsham, 17, Hayward high school student, collapsed in a school hallway before first period. She died about 20 minutes after onset of the attack, with a coroners inquiry ordered. She is survived by James R. Worsham, a stepmother, and Loretta Killen Worsham, 14. Funeral services at Sovenghen Brothers chapel.

Manuel Gonsalves Dies Suddenly

Hayward funeral rites are set for Manuel Mike Gonsalves 2 a retail store clerk who died suddenly Monday at his Walnut Creek home on Dyp road. Husband of Eva, father of Mary, Nan and John, he was brother to several Gonsalves relatives and a member of APEC of Ryde. Services to be held at 9:20 am at the Hayward residence chapel with interment at St Joseph's cemetery. Rosary recitation will take place tonight.

Mrs Barbara Berisch Rites Held in Hayward

Rosary services for Mrs. Barbara Berisch were held at the Residence Chapel Hayward mortuary. She died Tuesday at her daughter’s home in San Lorenzo Village after an extended illness. A brother, Miss Elizabeth Bertsch, in Berkeley, and a son, Franz F. Bertsch, San Lorenzo, survive. The body is to be returned to Fargo North Dakota for burial.

George Stone Dies in Livermore

George Stone, 79, died at his home on 750 South L Street Livermore this morning. He is survived by his wife Genevieve Stone and one son. Funeral rites under Residence Chapel Hayward Mortuary will be held at Chapel at the Chimes Oakland at 2:30 p.m. tomorrow.
