County Medical Association Mobilizes for Disaster Response
The Alameda County Medical Association disclosed a county civil defense plan led by Dr Dorothy Men and Dr Joseph P Strusk dy. About 200 Alameda doctors will staff mobile medical units and a medical casualty center network across Oakland Berkeley Alameda San Leandro Hayward and Livermore. Coordinators include T Hersch James Camyel Warren Aller and others. Mobile units will deliver emergency care and support wartime medical needs under sheriffs direction.
