Another San Diego youth 16 Tommy Grate is charged with first degree murder in Howards death last May. Grate trial selection has begun. Youths arrested in separate locations after the murder implicated each other. Howard a railroad waiter was found May 24 about 10 miles from Evanston in a clump of trees.
