Death by own action shocks lewd case in Oakland

In San Lorenzo a mother faced juvenile court over her daughter's involvement in a nude photography case linked to Dr. Phil Pennie a 59 year old Oakland dentist who hanged himself in his jail cell after charges of four lewd acts and nude photos. The case arose when a eighth grade girl showed classmates nude pictures and proposed modeling for payment.

Parole Appeal By Greenglass

Justice officials report David Greenglass has applied for parole from Lewisburg Federal Penitentiary for conspiracy to commit espionage.
