He gave it to John Harrison who nine years ago dropped the revolver in his bedroom and killed his young wife. A few days ago young Bird possessed the same weapon and shot himself the first time he tried to use it. All the shootings were in bedrooms and in every instance but one the weapon was supposed to be empty. It will be pounded by a shapeless thing.
