It cites expenditures by year 1897 1898 1899 and 1900 totaling 400 dollars and demands their share of 12.68 dollars if they do not contribute.
The document states Buck and Amanda Buck must fund their shares of yearly expenditures on the Heien Placer Mining claim, with specified sums and interest, within ninety days after public service of the notice. It warns that failure to pay will transfer the claim to the undersigned co owner who performed the work. March 9, 1908, Butte, Montana.
