Fashions in wraps close season styles and furs
The notice outlines wrap fashion at season end sales. Mollistes issued a statement predicting lace on ornamental fur garments will stay popular for another year. A bolero of Russian sable trimmed with heavy pale lace resembles real lace in pattern and texture, with a tall finished collar and connected revers. Detachable yokes and vests of chinchilla are also featured among fur novelties.

Colonial Maids Represented in Quaint Attire at Event
Braith and Miss Bielenberg appeared in period costumes as maids of colonial days, a delightful scene. Guests received four tiny flags as souvenirs before departure. Mrs H S Reed, now in Pastdena California, is improving hearing with a specialist’s care, and her daughter Edna travels well without crutches most days. John Reed, once employed by Senator W Ax Clark’s sugar refinery in Southern California, suffered typhoid fever and was bedbound from December 12 to February 13.
