Will Be Investigated Over Writ Defying Execution

Kansas City July 15 A Star s report from Tulsa I T says the execution of William Going a Choctaw Indian defying a writ of habeas corpus issued by United States Judge John R Thomas will be the direct cause for bringing those implicated to trial for murder. The judge said he would see that the law is fully investigated and that all guilty ones are brought to justice. He noted that tribal laws are ineffective yet persisting. At South McAllister United States Judge Clayton said Thomas had no jurisdiction in the district where the execution occurred.
