Nikon charges former clerk with perjury case
County attorney filed a perjury complaint against Phil Sanchagrin in Justice Nichols' court. A store owner, 8. M. Nixon, once employed Sanchagrin as a clerk, accused him of theft, later suing for goods valued at 107 dollars. Sanchagrin testified about a ring sent to Edith Fuller, a Lewistown, Idaho resident, which Nixon claimed. Nixon found no record of a 100 dollar letter and charges stem from that contradiction.
