Ophir Hill changes hands to Clark interests
Shareholders of Ophir Hill Consolidated Mining met to transfer control to Senator W A Clark of Montana, who already owned all shares. A new $250000 capital concentrator company will unify the mines and mill. Directors include Frank Pierce of Helena, A H Wethey, and W A Clark junior. Plans foresee ore bodies in good form and rapid completion of the concentrator.
