In Justice Harringtons court yesterday afternoon John Allen Venepps was held to the district court with bonds set at 800 dollars after a preliminary hearing. Evidence showed he threw Paddy Ferrick a boy about injuries from an embankment fall which fractured the wrist. Venepps contends he helped the boy away from an oncoming train and assisted him over the embankment.
