Sunday Closing Law Not Enforced In County Affairs
Chief Deputy Yancey states Sunday closing laws are effectively a dead letter and will not be enforced against legitimate theaters. He says the law targets questionable venues only and does not intend to shut down legit playhouses, though concert halls and venues employing women will close every day.
