London reports no definite decision yet from the British foreign office on the U S senate stance toward the Nicaragua canal treaty. Craven New Mexico April 26 Thomas J Ketchum alias Black Jack the train robber was hanged at 1 21 p m inside a stockade crowd of spectators. The rope broke but his head was severed.
