County Court Faces Contempt Charges in Jefferson City Case

Circuit Judge James T. Riley sets 9:36 a m June 24 to decide if the Cole County Court will be cited for contempt. Rev Virgil Cox seeks access to Jefferson City School district for his children Rebecca Lynn and Kevin Cox who attend Eugene district schools. A rod and reel went to Brian Sheppard Sunday for hooking the first fish in the All Cub Division of the Pack 6 annual fishing rodeo at Binder Lake. Paul Scheppers and Andrew Rackers won coolers for second and third fish in the All Cub Division. John Graf caught the biggest fish in the Webelos Division, Greg Brauner caught the most fish, Bryan Bolten won the most in the Cub Division, and Roger Vorel caught the biggest dish.
