Dr. Glenn and Prof. Richard give addresses, cornet solos by Mr. Wootten and Mr. Fowler, several declamations, and short veteran talks. Capt. Williams named marshal. Gus Boyd Chapter serves lunch to veterans afterward. Lumpkin County pensioners to receive quarterly payments beginning March. City Marshal Crisson is learning the printer trade.
