Special Master O J Linny will sell at public outcry in Dahlonega Lumpkin County Georgia on the first Tuesday in January 1907 the Crown Mountain Gold Mining and Milling Company properties. The bundle includes Chestatee river shoals on Lots 117 518 with dam rights water diversion flumes power houses roads timber stone and a vast land and mineral interest across multiple lots and tracts including Seabolt canal and Columbia mill site with right of way and all mining and milling machinery. A five thousand dollar deposit is required at sale and balance may be paid with bonds credited toward the distribution. Sale subject to court confirmation.
