Power Plant and Crown Mountain Mine Foreclose in Lumpkin

The Trust Co of Georgia as trustee will sell all property of Findley Ridge Mining & Power Co in Lumpkin County at the courthouse door in Dahlonega on the first Tuesday in September between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. The sale, held to secure payment on 200 bonds of $500 each, covers Gorge and Seabolt power plants, Crown Mountain Mine, and related lands and water rights described in the 1915 trust deed.
