Fiddlers Convention Returns to Dahlonega Waters
Local notes recount a bustling Dahlonega scene with visitors from Porter Springs and McCays Tenn. A two week Gainesville visit, a large fiddling convention at Park Spring, prize awards, and counts of attendees plus community chatter fill the page. The event drew Gov. Baker and Capt. Woodward amid celebratory music and rival classes led by Prof. Robison and Prof. Anderson.
