By order of the Court of Ordinary of Randolph county the estate of Moses R E Tison deceased will sell at the courthouse door in Cuthbert on the first Tuesday in November. It offers Lot 37 and 6212 acres of Lot 6 in the 10th district and the east half of Lot 234 in the 5th district totaling about 101 14 acres. The sale benefits heirs and creditors with cash terms.
