Hon Wm Templeman Dies After Brief Illness in Victoria
Hon Wm Templeman, a leading Victoria citizen and proprietor of the Victoria Times, died at his residence on Sunday November 15 after a short illness. Born September 28 1844 at Pakenham Ontario, he rose from printer to editor and led the Times since 1884 supporting Liberal policies in western Canada. He was seventy.
