William Sherman, longtime Osceola Democrat editor and former Clarke County treasurer and Osceola postmaster, died this morning at his son Leonard Sherman’s home in LaMont Colorado. He survived by Leonard. his wife and another son Joe preceded him. Funeral services will be held in Osceola with the body to be transported on train No 6. He was a cousin of James W. Leach.
