Chicago March 13. Dr C Faiman owner of the National University of Sciences reportedly confessed to a coroner's jury that typhoid germs were stolen from the school last November. Foster father William D Shepherd, heir to McClinlock's estate, allegedly visited the school and took samples. A letter about courses, destroyed with other records, led to lectures on germs and the missing germ tubes. Shepherd denies the charges as prosecutors plan further questioning.
