In Bucknell Iowa Mr and Mrs Sam Mowe and their four year old child died from burns after Mr Mowe poured kerosene on a kitchen stove. The stove explosion set the house ablaze and the parents died in Albia hospital where they were taken. Mrs Mowe stood near her husband at the moment of the blast.

Car Crash Kills Forest Ball and Injures Family Near Center Point
In Cedar Rapids March 2 Forest Ball of Center Point died in a hospital after an interurban Waterloo car struck his automobile at the Franklin street crossing.
