Auto Thief Escaped From Ohio Honor Farm Arrested in Dubuque
Albert Forshey alias Albert Smith and Olga Dillon escaped Ohio detention on June 10 and fled through South Dakota and Iowa stealing several cars before being captured in Dubuque. Forshey, wanted in Ohio, was turned over to Ohio officers. Dillon pleaded guilty and was sent to the Anamosa reformatory for motor vehicle larceny.
