Marshall Shull of Creston was robbed of between 1300 and 1400 dollars in cash by an unmasked armed bandit who gagged and locked him in his garage at 500 South Birch. The suspect fled in a car with Polk county plates after threatening to kill him if he screamed. Shull identified no one and believes the bandit may have waited near Rainbow Park prior to the attack.

Kings Bay June 27 Fear that six men who drifted away in the balloon part of the Italia after its crash near the polar ice cap were dead prevailed today as reports showed five of sixteen aboard the airship for the north pole May 23 survived. Two men held on White Slave Act charge in federal case
