Woman sentenced to two years in federal prison
Mrs. Rose Livingston formerly of Oakland California was sentenced in the United States district court to two years in the federal prison for women at Canton Ohio after pleading guilty to using the mails to defraud in a matrimonial venture. J D Miller of DeQueen Arkansas the complaining witness charged that Livingston sent him a photograph of another woman and offered marriage if he sent $50 to buy a ticket to Denver. He sent the money but she did not honor the agreement.
