Rally Day observance follows private funeral for William Greenwald
William Greenwald died at his Cranbury home at 41 after a period of illness. He leaves a widow Blanche Ervin and two children. Funeral services will be private at his late home Monday at two o'clock. Rally Day observed at Second Presbyterian Church Chapel on Sunday with a full nine piece orchestra and a vocal soloist. E W Dunham of Trenton will speak on The Sunday School on the Firing Line. Rally Day Committee invites all to attend and join in going from Sunday School to the church for the season.

Evangelistic Campaign Planned by New Brunswick Monmouth Clergy
Clergymen from eighty nine churches across New Brunswick and Monmouth presbyteries met at First Presbyterian Church Trenton to arrange a fall evangelistic drive. Nearly 20 000 communicants and about 80 000 others are expected to be engaged beginning February 1918 in a Billy Sunday style campaign with visiting evangelists as needed and several weeks of effort. Local pastors and congregations from Mercer Middlesex Hunterdon Monmouth Ocean and Burlington counties will participate.

Peddie Faculty Banquet Held at Railroad Hotel
The Peddie School faculty banquet occurred Monday evening at the Railroad hotel in Hightstown with Dr Swetland headmaster delivering the address after an elaborate dinner. Attendees included Dr and Mia Swetland and numerous families and staff members from the school. John Zerwick, Civil War veteran, died at the Kearny Home for Disabled Soldiers from paralysis after years of illness. funeral held in Jamesburg with Cedar Hill Cemetery interment. An encyclopedic odd note states an elephant's trunk contains 40 000 muscles, related to Ireland’s commonest tree.
