Reverend William Bullock of English town endures a string of car troubles on a Sunday trip to preach in Cranbury. A skid near Mount's Corner flips the car, then a broken tire, a cow collision, and a stalled engine delay the journey before he finally reaches the Second Presbyterian Church and returns home with friends.

Five Injured As Auto Plunges Into Mill Race Twenty Feet

Five people were hurt when a large automobile speeding toward Marlborough plunged from a bridge into a mill race at the Manalapan mill on the Hights town Freehold road. Four suffered serious injuries though none died. The car owner Winfield Stryker and four others were injured. the vehicle wedged perpendicular in the water with the mill shut and low flow preventing drowning.

Bridge Curve Crash Traps Auto, Five Hurt In Mill Race

Five people were injured when a car plunged from a bridge into a shallow mill race after striking a curve. Randolph trapped beneath the wreck, rescued by brother Winfield, while neighbors and physicians aided the others. Authorities may pursue damages against Monmouth county for the dangerous bridge.
