Bicycle Crash Near Cranbury Leaves Henry Duncan Severe Injuries

Unconscious Man Found on Cranbury Road After Pedestrian Fall
An unknown man in an unconscious condition was found along the Cranbury to Hightstown road on Monday evening about 11 30 o'clock. Win field Stahl, Harry Schnell and James Conway were driving home when their horse stumbled and they found the man. Dr. William S. Bull revived him briefly before he was taken to St. Peter's hospital in New Brunswick for surgery. The injured man, later identified as Charles Leisen of Woodbridge, said he was epileptic and his brother James believed he had fallen and struck his head while walking the Cranbury road.}

Uncle Jimmie Bennett life long Democrat and Spotswood’s oldest resident died Friday after celebrating his ninety ninth birthday on September 11. Born 1816 in Helmetta he worked in snuff mills and married twice, outliving his wife and most of his children. Funeral held Monday at 11 in the Reformed church with Rev T Chalmers Easton officiating.
