Field Day at Plainsboro Draws Large NJ Audience

Nearly seven hundred people from across New Jersey attended the Field Day meeting Wednesday at the Walter-Gordon Farm near Plainsboro. Speakers included George A Bellings of the USDA and G W Franklin of Boston addressing farm welfare, milk production, and local industry connections.

Alumni Meeting of Trenton Normal and Model Schools

The Twenty fourth Annual Meeting of the Alumni Association will be held at the State Schools Saturday June 15 1912 starting at 12 M. After a reception and business meeting in the Auditorium there will be a presentation of Miss Ely s portrait the gift of the Model Alumnae. A program of music and short addresses will follow the luncheon in the Boarding Hall. The gathering of old friends is the main feature with hopes that Normal and Model classes of 1907 1902 1897 will attend.

Supervising Principals Meet in Dayton on Saturday

Thirty members of the Middlesex County Supervising Principals Association met in Dayton at 9 30 in the morning. Auto transport was provided for members from the trolley station to the Presbyterian Chapel where they were welcomed by Supervising Principal Evang Reverend Dr Clark. Reports covered foreign children, school attendance gains, safety leagues, and state efficiency contests. The meeting adjourned with a bountiful dinner at Wines Hotel and a visit to the Dayton Manual Training Exhibit. Next gathering set for Perth Amboy.
