The Second Presbyterian Church presents morning sermon by Rev. Warren Blaing on The Ascension and an evening discourse on The Unanswerable Christ. The schedule highlights a day of distinctive theological reflection. Preserve local church tone and period style.
Miss Grace Dey of Dayton, a noted local soprano, will sing a solo at the First Presbyterian Church on Sunday morning. At the same time, banking leaders President Walter Grover and Cashier George Mershon of the First National Bank of Cranbury attend the New Jersey Bankers Association convention in Atlantic City. Invitations have gone out for the wedding of Miss Helen West of New Sharon to Rev. Peter Emmons scheduled for Wednesday, May 10.
The Second Presbyterian Church Cranbury New Jersey calls its annual meeting on Wednesday May 19 1915 at 730 PM to elect three trustees and address other church business. Charles C Groves president of the Board of Trustees urges all members to attend.

Arnold Pierson becomes Lehman economy store local manager succeeding Roy Wassum. Arthur Honesa of Princeton spends over Sunday in town. Thomas Dents and daughter from South Amboy visit his brother Nelson Dents on Saturday. Mrs William J Ingraham of South Amboy visits Isaac Stults Saturday. Miss Ruth Appleget stays with brother Thomas Appleget in Providence R I while he attends Brown University. Dr Ledru P Smock of Philadelphia visits his mother Mrs W T Smock of South Main Street.
Two local obituaries recall I Waldo Perrine of age nineteen who died after a five week illness amid typhoid fears. He attended Peddie Institute and was active in church and social work. Funeral services were held at his parents home with interment at Brainerd Cemetery. An obituary for Mrs D C Wilson notes her sudden death at forty one after indigestion. She was a longtime Hightstown resident and Presbyterian, survived by husband and four children. Funeral was at her North Main Street home with Cedar Hill cemetery interment.
Masked men entered the Shrewsbury car barns early today in Red Bank territory bound and gagged three employees and blew open the safe securing $600 before escaping.
A vaudeville show by the Jr O U A M is planned in Plainsboro hall tonight with doors opening at seven. In local visit news Mr and Mrs John Dey Jr and daughter Sarah were Sunday guests of Mr and Mrs Luther Grove. The column notes several family visits and summer preparations around Plainsboro including Mildred McNamee visiting grandparents the Brittons and others visiting relatives in New Brunswick Trenton and Lawrenceville.
Jamesburg items honor the Everitt family with a two day reception for Rev Frank B Everitt now in Allentown Pa as Westminster church pastor on the twenty fifth anniversary of his ordination. His brother Rev Benjamin H Everitt attends with family. Refreshments followed brief remarks by Rev William J Edgar and the event celebrates a lineage of ministers and teachers.
A surprise party honoring ex Freeholder I Scudder Bennett marked his seventy sixth birthday Friday evening. The home was decorated with American flag motifs and a cake adorned with seventy six flags. Cole's orchestra provided music as guests danced.

Miss Ida Barlow hosted a surprise gathering on Ridge Road with many friends in attendance.
