Middlesex County Grand Jury condemns jail conditions citing crowding, lack of exercise and sanitary facilities, no juvenile quarters, unsafe cell structures, and insufficient offices. Recommends new jail with safe sanitary cells for 125 adults plus 10 witnesses and 10 juveniles, and improved facilities. Also commends Sheriff and staff for handling adverse conditions.
