Show Your Patriotism by Hanging Flag on June 14 1914

Citizens are urged to display the national flag during a special observance on Sunday June 14 1914 to demonstrate patriotism and support for the country during a time of national sentiment. Local groups coordinate ceremonial lighting and parades.

Cranbury Church Activities and School Notes

Local churches plan a joint Flag Day service with Rev. Van Dyke and Rev. Wells speaking. The Young Peoples Association meets to discuss employer employee relations. Cranbury High School closes its term with a large program at Second Presbyterian Church. Injuries, deaths, and bakery and fire news are reported along with teachers appointed for Cranbury School.

Harold O'Neil Improving After Critical Illness

Harold O Neil is reported to be doing nicely after a serious illness at his home on North Main Street. The improvement is described as substantial and welcomed by family and friends.
